Norfolk chef puts squirrel on the menu

You're more likely to find them jumping from tree to tree than roasted on a plate, but squirrel is one of the 'specials' at Sir Terence Conran's Butlers Wharf Chop House in London this spring.

For, along with the line-caught Cornish mackerel, Roast Suffolk pork loin, fish and chips, new season Barnsley chop and steak and kidney pudding, you can currently order 'roast and braised grey squirrel with redcurrant jus and garlic mash' at the Chop House next to Tower Bridge.
