Pink tank man threatens to sue public school

The man who brought the pink tank to Bermondsey is threatening to sue Marlborough College for expelling his 15-year-old son for bad behaviour.

Russell Gray has restored and converted a number of buildings in Bermondsey including the Tempo leatherworks in Bermondsey Street.

Local legend says that the tank's gun is pointed towards Southwark Council's planning offices.

As a keen collector of military vehicles, perhaps Marlborough College should take care that he doesn't park a similarly garish tank outside its gates?
