PwC London Bridge burglars jailed

PA News reports on the jailing of four burglars who targeted big businesses in London:

Another time they broke into the officers of international accountancy giant PricewaterhouseCoopers by clambering across the roof of London Bridge railway station.

They then spent 45 minutes happily plundering seven floors of every laptop they could find. A money belt and some credit cards belonging to staff were pocketed for good measure.

After packing the lot into an array of bags, boxes and suitcases, the gang escaped as fast as they could along one of the nearby railway tracks, London’s Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court heard.

But they ended up having to abandon part of their booty on platform five when challenged by station staff.

Leam Gregory, 31, Robert Sullivan, 22 and David Kernaghan, 38, and two unidentified accomplices eventually completed their getaway in a silver taxi.
