London in Bloom launches Neighbourhood Category for 2005
Following the successful pilot of the Neighbourhood Category in London this year London in Bloom intends to open this to all entrants across London next year. This category is non-competitive and designed for communities working together to make an impact on their local environment and improve the place where they live. Entries can be from just a couple of neighbours to whole estates.  Jim Buttress, Chairman of London in Bloom said "I am delighted to promote the Neighbourhood Awards which is something I have long wished to see. Small communities making environmental improvements through the Bloom."
