Tate Tower in doubt?

On Thursday the Telegraph's City Diary reported that London Town is "so short of dosh that it is now looking for a partner for the development" of tall residential tower next to Tate Modern, vigourously opposed by local residents.

A follow-up item in Friday's paper brings news of complaints from a resident of a London Town development in Battersea about the company's "lack of after-sale service and complacency about complaints".
